  • No shipping costs

    We don’t charge shipping costs, unless mentioned otherwise.

  • We deliver from stock

    We deliver from stock. An order will arrive at your home in 3-4 working days. Because of high demand it can happen that the Thermosmart is sold out. We mention this on our website when neccesary.

  • Pay with credit card

    ThermoSmart accepts Maestro and MasterCard.

    We do not store your credit card data. The data you will have to provide is stored by our bank “Sisow”.

  • Adequate reflection period

    Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return your Thermosmart without any reason within 14 days after delivery. We refund your purchase price within a week. You have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Below you can read the return procedure.

  • Send back? Pay attention!

    Return shipments will only be treated the following way:

    • Ask for return approval at our support desk.
    • You will receive approval from Thermosmart for return shipment.
    • Package the ThermoSmart product (in the original packaging) so it arrives undamaged at our office.
    • As soon as we have received the products, we will refund your purchase price  within one week.
