ThermoSmart meets all European quality standards. The delivered quality is being monitored constantly. On rare occasions, a fault may occur. You can order new parts here.
Return shipments are handled as follows:
- Report your return by submitting a request to our support desk.
- ThermoSmart will send you confirmation the return is approved for return shipment.
- Package the ThermoSmart product (in the original packaging) so that we receive it undamaged.
- As soon as we have received the articles, we will refund your purchase amount within one week.
- The costs of return delivery are at your expense. We will not pay refunds for broken products.
