    Are you interested in how to use the ThermoSmart? Use this link to our YouTube channel, which includes handy instruction videos on how to use ThermoSmart. In addition, there are other videos that could be interesting for you.

  • Service

    If you have a problem with the ThermoSmart or a technical question, then you will find most answers in our knowledge base . If you are unable to solve the problem, please ask our support staff. We will help you as soon as possible.

  • Repair request

    ThermoSmart meets all European quality standards. The delivered quality is being monitored constantly. On rare occasions, a fault may occur. You can order new parts here.

  • Return

    Return shipments are handled as follows:

    • Report your return by submitting a request to our support desk.
    • ThermoSmart will send you confirmation the return is approved for return shipment.
    • Package the ThermoSmart product (in the original packaging) so that we receive it undamaged.
    • As soon as we have received the articles, we will refund your purchase amount within one week.
    • The costs of return delivery are at your expense. We will not pay refunds for broken products.

    Unfortunately, you cannot reach us by telephone. We hope you we have provided sufficient information above to answer your questions.
